Anders dan verwacht. Er werd matig schoongemaakt, de wc was niet schoon en handdoeken die 1x in de 3 dagen werden verwisseld. Helaas zijn er bij ons spullen ‘verdwenen’, receptie/ schoonmakers zijn hier niet meer op terug gekomen na 3x vragen. De locatie is wel super goed!

Not Good

I don’t even know where to start, i recently visited Georgia Apartment Tsivili and i was a bit sceptical about visiting this place after reading some of the reviews. From my stay i had an atrocious stay as we checked in and given our room key we checked our room out and the shower head holder was broken and we asked them to replace it as we would have had to hold the shower head everytime we use the shower, and also as the days went on we noticed mould appearing on the wall, we come back to the room one night and saw that they painted over the mould with a different colour paint to the wall. As days went on, the last 3,4 days of our stay we starting noticing that our things starting going missing or being misplaced, as we booked as a group we had 3 rooms in one room one bracelet went missing and the other bracelet, 40€ and clothing were hidden under the bed tucked behind the bedside table, the other room has a perfume bottle hidden the corner on the bedside table and the dressing table, empty bottles of water and dirty bed sheets thrown under the bed,and a few brand new makeup brushes taken from a packet, also one day as we went out all day we come back to a fresh packet of brand new cookies opened and crumbs left all over the floor and by the kitchen counter as we haven’t been in the room all day it only had to be the cleaner as we noticed our beds were made and we left without making them. In the third room, we went up and told them to double check they are not missing anything and they found clothing hidden on top of the wardrobe. Please keep your stuff safe as you will not notice unless yu realise that something is being misplaced. As we started to notice more things we went to reception to raise a complaint and one staff tried to say that we left the balcony doors open and that the wind blew everything away however that can not be true as a glass bottle of perfume will smash on slabbed floor and not been hidden in-between a table and a wall. The staff tried to defend the cleaner and tried to say we were lying however they are only supposed to come every 3 days and they came every day in our room for the last 3 days of our stay hoping for us not to see our stuff missing so that can take it for themselves.

Had an amazing experience

Read a few bad reviews about this place and was sceptical when arriving but Staff are so friendly And helpful the rooms are cleaned Daily towels changed every three days amazing location Will definitely be returning pool was clean With plenty of reasonable priced drinks and tasty food at the snack bar

It's OK 👍 👌

We enjoyed our stay here and have already booked to go back next year. Been to tsivilli 3 times and these apartments are on a parr with the other 2 places we stayed. Room was fine. Had 2 singles pushed together to form a double but they were comfortable, probs the comfiest we have had in Greece. They're usually like a concrete slab. We ate out so wasn't bothered about the cooking utensils. Kettle was clean 👌 and there where pans, plates, glasses etc. Balcony was a nice size and had the morning sun on it. Pool area was nice and clean and we had a couple of days lazing in and around it. No sunbed wars. Aircon was an extra 10 euro a night if u wanted it. There's a safe in the room which you pay extra for. Cleaner came every day and had a mop around. Bed sheets and towels changed every 3 days. Spa right next door so didn't have to lug the bottled water and snacks far. Lots of food and drinks on your door step, And a 5 - 10 mins walk to beach

2 weeks of heaven

Great apartments Kept very clean and with fresh towels regularly Nice bar nice food and great location Close to shops bars restaurants and the beach Staff very friendly especially Nikoc who was very sociable and made us feel very welcome We would definitely stay here again
